So, It's been a few weeks since we posted. We've had quite a bit going on. Frank finished teaching an ESL course at Utah State, and then headed back to being principal at Wilson Elementary with back-to-school administrator meetings. Pierce has been involved in 4-H again this summer with the "Clover Buds". This year his group learned about birds and butterflies. We took his projects to enter in the county fair this week. It's always fun seeing him crate things on his own. He's groing up waaaay tooooo fast! He has lost is two front top teeth in one week, and is working on one of his bottom ones now. I think he realized it's a fun way to get some money. He's up to about $45 in his piggy bank, but is so like me as a child...never wanting to spend it, which is just fine. I decided to take the kids down to my parent's house in Alpine for one last long visit before school starts back up again. We just got back yesterday, and had a great time playing outside. We love going to Grandpa and Grandma's! The kids always cry when they have to leave, maybe someday we'll live close enough to them that leaving won't be so heartbreaking. We can't believe summer is almost over, but Pierce is so ready to start 1st grade, and Dayton is excited for preschool. I've been toying with the idea of starting a speech preschool for children with speech impairments, or just a few private students in my "extra time". I'm sending off money to get my private license this next week, so we'll see! I already have three parents who want private therapy, with a possibility of 9 more from a friend of mine who works at the university and won't have time to see them when the new semester starts.
